Megafishing at the State Park
It’s the first day of spring and today marked the first success out on the lake as a megafisherman. The heron was there when we arrived, always a good sign. It wasn’t long before I got a bite on the spinner. I caught two brown trout as you can see. The second put up a bigger fight and was slightly bigger at about 16 inches. We threw one back but kept one which we’ll grill tomorrow. Recipe recommendations welcome.
One day I’ll explain my megafishing technique – to my offspring and no-one else!
