Harrisburg and Hershey breweries

Two breweries in one day. First the Appalachian Brewing Company in Harrisburg. Some good beers, an absolutely amazing burger and a fantastic gig venue upstairs. Next it was onto the wonderful Troegs Brewery in Hershey, home of the famous chocolate factory. Fantastic to see an  incredibly modern and well run brewery with more than one or two decent beers. In fact I think I would probably buy at least five Troegs beers, the best being the Nugget Nectar at 7.5% ABV. It’s surprising how a visit to a brewery can change your persective on a beer. Before I would probably say I wasn’t really a fan but now, I’m definitely won over.
